1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

By registering an Account with hao787, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. hao787 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement is not met.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable laws. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hao787 or any of its affiliates, service providers, or software suppliers.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by hao787 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement in connection with gambling services.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on hao787. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document, or any other linking factor — hao787 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances pending investigation, and void any outstanding bets.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. hao787 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be liable for all such activity. hao787 will never contact you requesting your password under any circumstances.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

hao787 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or its users. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hao787 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to submit documentation at any point during their membership.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (dated within the last three months) showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank card or e-wallet account used for deposits, showing your name and the last four digits of the account number.
• Source of Funds: For withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000, hao787 may request evidence of the source of funds (e.g., payslip, business income documentation).

4.2 Verification Timelines

hao787 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete and legible documentation set. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is successfully completed. Delays caused by incomplete or illegible documentation are the responsibility of the Member.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hao787 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hao787 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 500.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available on request for VIP Members)
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within two minutes via bank transfer, and instantly via e-wallet channels.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business cycle.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hao787 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• hao787 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

5.4 Dormant Account Policy

An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months shall be considered dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from the dormant Account balance to cover maintenance costs. Members will be notified by email prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by hao787 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member unless otherwise stated.
• A standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• hao787 reserves the right to retract any bonus that was credited in error or obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses expire within 30 calendar days of being credited unless a different expiry period is stated in the offer terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the hao787 welcome bonus, subject to the terms displayed on the promotional page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hao787 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Actions including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine wagering, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated wagering by groups of players to fulfil wagering requirements collectively, constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and any associated withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

hao787 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by Members identified as consistently winning at levels that exceed normal statistical variance. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. A bet is binding only once a unique confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member.

7.2 Void Bets

hao787 reserves the right to void bets where:

• Odds or game parameters were published in error (palpable error);
• A sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or the outcome is materially affected by an unforeseen event outside the scope of normal competition;
• Evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sporting corruption is established by a recognized governing body;
• Technical faults in the Platform's software caused an incorrect market to be offered or odds to be incorrectly calculated.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered at hao787's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to network latency, connection delays, or any other technical factor — will be voided. The Member's device connection speed does not constitute grounds for a claim against hao787.

7.4 Maximum Payout

hao787 sets maximum payout limits per event and per market type. Current maximum single-event payout limits are published on the relevant betting page. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hao787 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent security measures, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technical measure to mask your location or circumvent geographic access controls;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in breach of applicable financial crime legislation;
• Colluding with other players, sharing insider information, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner that gives unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members;
• Engaging in bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activity or operating as an unauthorized intermediary between hao787 and third-party bettors;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform's software or security infrastructure;
• Impersonating any other Member, hao787 employee, or representative;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.

9 Responsible Gaming

hao787 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools are available free of charge to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum permissible loss amount over a specified time period to maintain control over your gambling expenditure.
• Session Time-Outs: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access your funds for wagering purposes.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session and your net wagering activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hao787 Platform — including but not limited to the hao787 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game software, data feeds, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of hao787 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from hao787.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hao787 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, third-party service outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, force majeure events, or any other factor outside hao787's reasonable control;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or account balance calculations that were caused by third-party data providers;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where hao787 is found liable by a competent court or arbitration body, the maximum aggregate liability of hao787 to any individual Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

hao787 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud-prevention vendors) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All data transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by hao787, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. 13 Amendments to These Terms

hao787 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team. Any bets placed or deposits made prior to the effective date of an amendment shall be governed by the version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of that transaction.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in Indonesia.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and hao787, you should first contact our customer support team, providing a clear written description of the issue, the relevant date(s) and transaction reference(s), and the resolution you are seeking. hao787 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. hao787's decision on any betting dispute — including matters of void bets, palpable errors, and bonus terms — shall be final and binding.

14.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience purposes only shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version, which shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency.
